card reader

hi all

my project is about prepaid metering and i need to get a card reader which will read the units on the card which is iso/iec 7816

i am using a pic micro controller for the project and i would like a card reader i will just connect to the pic so that i can read from it when a card is inserted

any help please

any sites leading to where i can get some to buy?
