AMS 5616 Greek Ascoloy Hardening

My question is how to Harden and temper an insert (O.D 1.450'' in, I.D 1.130'' in X 0.250'' in length ) to 45 to 47 HRC manufactured by AMS 5616 Greek Ascoloy
