Hi Tecspert,

these companies specialize in wound-core toroids:

http://www.magmet.com/
http://www.mkmagnetics.com/nanocrystalline.html
http://www.mkmagnetics.com/
http://www.vacuumschmelze.de/dynamic/en/

http://www.metglas.com/index.asp

Hi ,

www.mantech-corewinding.com

is also a alternative company which is specialised

in production for machines to assemble toroidal cores.

You can buy toroidal winding machines. They have a special stretched bobbin on which you wind the wire, place in the macine and it is passed through the toroid repeatedly ti wind th coil as the core is indexed.

Ah, you think he means the gizmo to put WINDINGS onto Toroids..!

I thought he was looking for the gizmo to MAKE (tape-wound) Toroids.

:-o

Didn' think of that...

Well, Tecspert, did one of us get your question right?

(BTW I realise the vendors I list make toroids and not the winding machines, but they'll probably know who does..)

In any case: good luck and have a nice weekend

Regards

The process is such the metal strips wound and the stacks were formed and then the copper wire is wound on the same but here the concern is that i need the machine which is used for the metal strips wounding process. The product is circular in shape the specs of the core is like (inner dia. /outer dia./width of the strip/number of turns).

i did this.

first ,, the core , or cores are taken out of box,,

it is usually layred plates of iron

then, the wire is measured in legnth as to how many turns.

then a few inches to feet is left outside core, rest spun either from top to bottom or bottom to top, sometimes wound back over first coil layer, then more legnth sticks out.

the end product is discussed in books called the left hand rule or right hand rule depending on coil directions and lots of factors,, the hand is extended out,, the small finger and next two fingers are fisted,, the point finger and thumb point out,, this gives direction of the magnetic effect,, a formula gives how many turns or windings gives which math boost

the full effect, at any rate is a pump,,, it boosts the flow. a cap is a balloon, a resistor is a part closed valve to build up pressure. the torroidal is a transformer, that is the oposite of a resistor.

you can also add a second wire into it,, and the first when conducting, will make the other also have flow.

transformers make amps and volts change mathematicly their respective measurements. one goes up, other goes down. amps will kill u
