Machinery for Potting Ceramic Material

Hello, I am a student at university in Mechanical Engineering.I have got a big question If any one can answer me I would be thankful to them.

Q: How to realize a machine for potting a ceramic material which is to be premixed with say water and fill into a 6mm dia tube with 15 mm length? The premixed material cannot be used more than 15 mins. Can I find a machine which has a supply of powder one side, from other side water and mixes in a injector for the required amount to fill the tubes and injects into the tube without any air bubbles? The process should be fully automatic with a control unit. Important point to be noted is this ceramic mixture gets hardened within 20 mins so should be careful that the mixer in the injector should be refiiled or with the help of a control unit takes little amount of powder and water (ratio 100(powder) : 13(water)) mixes in the injector with the help of a rotating tube inside the injector which moves with the help of a rotor.
