Hi,

Try looking at the Standards under ASTM Committee D30 on Composites:

http://www.astm.org/COMMIT/SUBCOMMIT/D3004.htm

Or you can do a general search from the homepage (www.astm.org) Site Search.

There are a few different ASTM's for tensile testing depending on what you are testing. There is one for testing the strength of metals and/or plastics, in that case you would use ASTM E8-03 (Metals) or D638 (Plastics) or D3822-07 (Textiles) or C297-94 for sandwich constructions used to test the adhesion strength in laminated structures. If these don't help, tell me more specifically what your testing and what property your looking for and I can help you get an answer. Good Luck and have fun!!
