	Dear all I was wondering if any one out there could let me know the answers for use of " EMR-HOLEC RELAY " for motor under voltage restart function, why need to connect a supply to the terminal T4, and the any of the off delay timer can be carry out the same function why still like to use the most costly "Holec Relay for under voltage restart function ?
