Combining 2 PQRs

Hi all,

I having following sets of PQR with me. I want to know whether I can combine them to weld 63.5mm thick pipe.

PQR 1 - GTAW + SMAW - 3.7 mm + 6.3 mm thickness.

PQR 2 - GTAW + SMAW - 3.8 mm + 19.2 mm thickness.

Material P Nos are same and all variables are same.
