Hard Hats for People with Hearing Loss

I work with hard of hearing persons in the Texas Panhandle under a contract with the state. Is there a hard hat which is compatible with hearing aids? Are any equipped with microphones which are hearing aid compatible, or will act act as a hearing aid by having an adjustible volume up to 50 db?

Have a look at the Arnesys HS220 Headset, with the HH suffix, which is designed to fit a standard Industrial Hard Hat.
