What Happened to the Old Format?

07/10/2021 4:29 PM

I haven't visited for a day or two, but I was locked out. Had to request a new password.

Took awhile to get to the site, and when I did, couldn't find the forum section. Where a is Hemmings and the other posts that appeared center screen

This time it is what I'm used to. Just as you posted S.E.

It sounds like you won the webpage "update" lottery. Part of the page you received was the old format and the rest was the new format. Had you immediately used your new luck to buy an actual lottery ticket you would be rich by now.

I found 10 bucks on the beach this morning. Are you suggesting I should take and play PowerBall?

I would buy one Powerball ticket and some adult beverage with that $10.

I wonder what ten male deer were doing on the beach?

Not sure if this is his format i8ssue, but recently the banner at the top hides part of the posts. For instance, I have to scroll up to see the new post list. I haven't found a way to shrink the banner. Can someone explain what is happening and how to get around it? Thanks.

I don't think you can eliminate the banner unless it's built into the page code, which it doesn't seem to be...you can increase your screen resolution to make it smaller, but then you probably have to zoom in on the content....or you could just increase your screen size...I've gotten used to it...but I'm on a desktop with scrolling mouse...so

The page probably looks great on the 55" 4K monitor the web designer uses for their programming.
