Search Site button used to be near the top right of homepage, does not appear to be anywhere now.

Works on mine, it shows the same header...

Nope, I get the Engineering 360 logo in the blue banner, but no search block.

Are you using the Google search engine? What iphone do you have?

Yes you have the smaller 4" screen, you need to zoom in to expand the display...

Already read through both of those. Looked again more carefully this time, still nothing useful.

Have zoomed device to the upper limit, checked the varied pages again... still no joy.

I’ll just start a thread. If there are already some discussions about the question, I expect someone will be happy to let me know.

I found a workaround.

At the top of the ‘New Post’ tab are some hints for posting. Within these guidelines is a search site function.

So, I’m all set! Thanks to all for helping.

The Engineering 360 site search can be found on the top of the Home page, not the CR4 home page.

My device gives me no search block at the E360 homepage, CR4 homepage, section homepages, individual threads... ummmm... profile page...

And I have turned the device off then on again.

Is my device too old?

I am using Safari. Is this a possible problem?

I thought you said you were using google browser...?...Maybe you just need to zoom in with the screen, you know expand the screen...I think I remember having to do that with older phones....

Browser and search engine are not the same thing.

Nonetheless, I should have specified Safari browser to begin with, please excuse my fumble.

You must have much younger eyesight than me, if you can browse CR4 on that tiny screen! I do it on my MacBook Pro, and commonly use Safari to do so, but I commonly find CR4 links lead me to un-secure websites, which my current settings do not allow me to view using Safari. When that happens, I switch to Firefox, and have no problems, although I'm probably placing myself at greater risk of malware.

Over the last dozen or so years, I've switched back and forth between Safari and Firefox quite a few times. If one has a problem, the other usually works.

I've always found it more effective to use a standard google search with a "site:" parameter, than the CR4 search
