Regarding Flux Denisty Clarification.

12/07/2007 1:02 AM

I am under the process of Electromagnet design.

Here Fixed & Moving Magnet are used there is certain mm of air gap initially.Based on the Hysteresis curve of the material i have selected the operating Flux density its around 0.2 Tesla .

How to calculate or know the Final Flux density value theoritically ( during the time of coil Energisation ??.

your question is vague.

repeat again.

you may want to know at certain gap, how many turns do you wing to get the o.2T.

right?

you are seem to make a high frequency transformer.

The turns considered at airgap condition is say :

N= 7500 turns

V= 180 Volts

B= 0.2 Tesla

I need to caluclate the Flux density @ zero airgap condition.

From name, it seems you are from India, right?

I hv to tell you again, none can help you solve the calculation if you only post these conditions!

If you hope help pls give more details
