madeinchine.com does not give complete specs and price. I just need one piece for my personal use in India. I think, a photographic equipment supplier may be better option to buy a lux meter where I can also check the specs and see the item before purchase, but I am yet to locate one.

All you need to do is what I do to measure comparative illumination power- simply use a dmm on volts connected to a small solar panel(as used to charge small cells etc)- the higher the volts = higher light energy- that simple!.
