I vote for fixing it. Maybe they can put the receive horn on a drone and fly it over the metal parabolic reflector...

$50mil just to clean the site?, I say let the locals scavenge the site for scrap and rent it out cheap for concerts...

They’d end up getting on the dish and start jumping in unison,..

they can let it go, and in a few more years, the jungle will consume it… and in 500 years, archeologist will rediscover it and declare it was a settlement from Atlantians

Rebuild it to withstand hurricanes. And make the method of mounting it above ground a lot less subject to the corrosion experienced in the tropics. Of course, all while keeping the costs down. :)
