Look at the previous comment for the bending device.

Only one remark when you will choose the number of teeth try to have for the gear a not multiple of the pinion number. It will lead to a longer life due to less fatigue of each tooth.

May I make an other suggestion with resoect to ratios. It is preferable to use the highest ratio in the last stage in order to have small torques till last stage and the benefits of a lighter construction. Total ratio 27000/3600= 7.5, The last stage being a spiral bevel gear you can afford ratios of 4 or even more. You could choose 1.7 in the 1st stage and 4.4 in the second.

As for the number of teeth this can be analysed by computations and optimized.

As examples : 36/21=1.7143 and 66/15=4.4 itot= 4.4*1.7143=7.5429 0.57% difference Other combinations could be better.
