I can't really answer your question. But I do know that over here in the states. They build small versions on every large construction site I visit. Doesn't seem like there should be to much to them. Some sort of hold vessel for each ingredient, so you can make different mixes for different uses and a control station for that purpose. And a way to dump the product into your truck.
Then there are the Large permanent ones That have to get through planning and zoning commissions because of the "Not in MY back yard syndrome" . Even some of the tool rental places around my house have a very small version right in ther own lot. That way you can rent a trailer that hold a yew yards at a time and get the cement from them at the same time.
