Soldermask Machine

Hi !

We have dupont SMLV laminotor-100 which is used to put photoimageable coverlay on PCBs, but now we are facing a problem of smoke as whenever we start this machine it gives lots of smoke before lamination process. Please tell me the possible causes of these fumes so that we can work efficiently.

The heated rollers probably need to be cleaned. The solvent which you use to dissolve the unexposed photoresist laminate should clean it well.

Can you give me the name of solvent which we should we use to dissolve the film.
