I did not know they could line pipes at that small diameter. It makes sense for long runs of pipe with no connections or branching. I work with lining storm and sanitary sewers every day. In the larger diameter pipes, we can send equipment down to cut holes for connections and branching. I am not sure if that is possible in the smaller diameter pipes. In other words, you better not need any connections that are existing, but they will be blocked.
