Yes, Computer Generated Imagery, but it looks like a human figure is in the middle of it.

Ignoring all the "moving stuff": a friend recently moved to a new house and has uncovered in the garden a similar circular brick (sett?) disc with "entrance" area (seen at the front in the video). We think it was probably an elaborate bonfire site.

My take is that this is a performance art piece with air sock palm tree trunks and a lady dressed in a body sock with brick camouflage to match...
