Except that it's obviously metal that's been corroded away; wouldn't work very well as a radiometric. Some hint of size would be helpful. Teacup? Main boiler?

Color is right, looks like titanium...Size and shape look right, about 5' across...Looks like it has been submerged for quite some time, I'd say at least a year....
