Smart Magnets

I remember the magnetic padlocks that came out awhile back that were guaranteed to be unpickable. Apparently, they are easily picked with a neodymium magnet.

A while back? I remember those in my high school days back in the late seventies.

That is so freaky. I have heard about ball lightning all of my life, but this video is amazing.

My grandmother told me of a time that a ball lightning about the size of a basketball came right through the house, through the living room where she was sitting, and through the walls, travelling along the floor, it exited the house and continued across the street into the neighbors house...She followed it and the neighbor also said it entered her house and disappeared...no sounds reported...
