Whenever I get gas and bloating and stomach cramping and general overall gastric discomfort, I immediately start taking digestive enzymes...it seems to take care of the problem...for whatever reason a die off or imbalance in the gut seems to occur from time to time....I've tried all different kinds but the chewable ones seem to work the best, at least for me...
