Plinth Beam

The compound wall on one side of our building collapsed and the plinth beam is slightly tilted what the structural consultant said.Is there any way to correct it back to original position

A lot can be done with hydraulic jacks and a grout pump...but it depends on the situation, if the beam is tilted one way or the other or crumbling, might need complete replacement....
