SIMOCODE ES is a software package that helps with the configuration, commissioning, operation, and diagnosis of SIMOCODE pro. It can be used as a standalone software or integrated with other TIA Portal V19-based software. SIMOCODE ES is used for a variety of applications, including:

Simocode ES is currently at version 19.

Not sure if there is a "relay" branch at a lower version level.

Either way Siemens support should be able to help.

If all else fails go back to V2 'til they sort out the problems.
