I've seen this someplace else. But the nuclear forces are so great that I don't think fusion has a chance. As usual, I'll await a peer review before I allow myself to get excited. It bothers me that they say a neutron beam can be directed! If so, it would have to be by physical placement, because neutrons can't be steered. And, since neutrons will interact weakly with the cancer tumor, many will pass on to interact weakly with whatever else is in line.
