I need advice and I am so at my wits end. I do hope to get some much needed advice from you guys here.. :)
I import Inconel bars to India. my buyer needs 3.1 certification. this however shows my supply factory details. what is to stop my buyer from approaching directly and cutting me out. they are already squeezing me so tight. I figure if I can get a 3.2 certificate, third party tested, I can have supplier confidentiality and issue a certificate with actual specs either with my company name and accredited by independent inspector or as you guys could suggest?
this is legally acceptable right? Any suggestions where a could be digging on how to go about this?
