Shuttle launch to be scrubbed again

Breaking news from NBC News. The scheduled May launch of Space Shuttle Discovery has been pushed back until at least July 1. The culprits, fuel level sensors in the shuttle's external wings. The same sensors had problems last summer, although Discovery launched anyway.

The fuel level sensors are also known as engine-cutoff sensors or ECO sensors. I don't work with these types of sensors. Does anyone know what the specific problem could be?

Thanks for reading, Mike
