Shuttle launch to be scrubbed again

The fuel level sensors are also known as engine-cutoff sensors or ECO sensors. I don't work with these types of sensors. Does anyone know what the specific problem could be?

This is routine I live close to Edwards and hear the sonic booms (2) all the time neat.
