Do You Trust Simulation Results (CFD/Thermal Models) or Real Field Data More When Designing Heat Exchangers?

Simulation results are very useful, but real field data is the final judge. CFD and thermal models help predict performance and optimize the design, but actual operating conditions such as fouling, fluid variations, and installation factors can only be understood through field experience. The best approach is combining both simulation and real-world data.
