Which Famous Fictional Engineer Are You?

03/18/2006 6:45 AM

I while ago I made this little quiz. It's "Which famous fictional engineer are you", and it's a cute little time killer. Thought I might as well share it with the rest of the community.
For the record I came back as Scottie.

I was a little disappointed to find out that I'm most like McGuyver. He seems to be able to make something out of a bunch of junk parts, which I have done for years because people don't have enough money to do what they need, but that's about where the similarity ends -- I think he's a better actor, and I'm pretty sure he's met more Hollywood actresses than I, whereas I don't just play an engineer (and I use the term loosely) on TV; I is one.

I used to be famous at school for taking broken computers and equipment and kit bashing them into working order. We found a big projector (the ones that way 10 lb. and have the 3 lenses). some friends and I fixed it up and got it working, it was great for watching movies in our suite.
To bad the school demanded it back; they claimed it was never broken and we had played with the logs. I mean it was an engineering school, what did they think happened to all the stuff they through out?
