Russia has begun transferring fuel for the Iranian Reactor.
Is it practical to convert this fuel to feed stock for their enrichment program?

If you have the enrichment technology, certainly. Not that you need to produce a nuclear bomb in the classic sense of the word to cause mayhem and destruction (see other posts on CR4 about the fallout from Chernobyl etc).
I have always been concerned that as a species, we are too smart for our own good. We have the technology, but not the maturity we need to go with it.
Remember guys/gals, we are all on the same space ship earth (or the pale blue dot as Carl Sagan described it), and its irrelevent who makes it uninhabitable or how, or why(through either nuclear terrorism, global warming or simply over population) NONE of us has anywhere else to go......
Working together for the collective good is our only realistic option, lets hope we are all smart enough to realize that and put our differences aside.
