MBR(Membrane Bio Reactor)

I want to know the MBR System used Sewage treatment plant.Can anybody find the Membrane Bio Reactor Details which Includes Anoxic Tank,Aeration Tank and MBR Tanks.I am dealing with one Project for the Sewage Treatment Plant and i have to give the Detail Design for the MBR system.This is a PACT type of MBR.

Also I am dealing with one De-Oxygenation Tank.Also i want to know the Controls which are used to Control the system What is the purpose of Deoxygenation Transmitter in the Aeration Tank.So please if anybody can give the Control Philosophy for the MBR system i will be thankfull to them
