Air Compressors .

Can any one help in the matter that if the compressors are delivering much mositure / water in the line .Despite of having DDp , Qd filters at the delivery of the line .What is the cause and what preventive action we can take to omit the same .The lines are divided in to Mill Air without Dyer and Instrument Air passes through Air Dyer .Water containts are more in Mill air .Would auto drain valve will help if yes then what port size .Line size is 4 inch .

Yes they would.

With a line that large, thats quite alot of CFM, you must have a very large air dryer.

are your air lines under ground? also what type of compressor did you have screw? or piston?

The company ABN has a very effective water separation device ("Water Separation Tube"), which you attach to the air hose. It keeps the air dry. Write to Karl Hieghl (kontakt@abn-drucklufttechnik.de) for assistance. Hope this helps.

What type of air dryer are you using? If it's a refrigerant dryer, you may need to replenish it. If it's an adsorbent dryer, you may need to dry out your adsorbent.
