Sharpness Specifications

12/29/2007 3:19 PM

I am in need of specifying a sharpness specification, I have purchased an ISO specification from earlier communications with CR4 but it is for "Food Stuff Cutlery" I need a specification on a ground and honed sharp needle point / trocar point on 17 to 19 gage needles. Are there any surgical specification or medical or other specifications out there?

thanks

Guest:

If you have had earlier communications with CR4, I'd have thought that you would have learnt the value of registering.

Please do so, so that further communications can be engaged in by all concerned.

Apologies, Tmoran, but please remember to log on before posting. Either you were not logged on, or you chose to post anonymously. I either case, the post was placed by 'Guest'.

You may be able to get something by looking into http://www.catra.org/pages/products/kniveslevel1/st.htm

As far as I can determine, the spec is ISO 8442.5 (covering everything from kitchen knives to scalpel blades).

Results 1 - 10 of about 75,800 for hypodermic needles, specifications, iso. (0.25 seconds)
