Switch With 2 Function Parallel

First of all, a Happy New Year!

I wish God will make our way and you feel his work every day!

I need a switch which has 2 function in parallel.

One is touch switch.

Second function is dome switch which is like tact switch function.

So it should be worked touch switch when user touch the switch.

And it should be worked like a dome switch when user push the switch.
