Temperature Controller Prob - Hasco Make

Hello

I have one Hasco make Temperature Controller. Its Touch Control Screen. Some day before its not working. This Controller Working On WINDOWS NT so we reinstall WINDOWs NT Software. But this software required `Product ID` We have no Product ID Because This Controller We Get From Our Another plant - TATA IPD GERMANY which is now closed so we does not communicate with this company .

So any other way to get Product ID. Also i contact to Hasco Company but Still no reply form this company.

so now what i can do?

Most companies have a technical support team, available on the telephone. Persist in pestering them, and see what happens.

"Back in the day", Microsoft did not tie the key to a particular product. If you have the original packaging from another older Microsoft product (Windows 95, Word, Excel, etc.), that code may unlock the reinstalled NT.
