humidity..

hi friend,plez tell me in detail why we go for relative humidity,specific humidity & not simply humidity?

Because humidity varies with temperature and pressure...

Its a bit like saying let's call the density of a liquid 54 grams... It means nothing!!

Because the the amount of moisture the air will hold increases with an increase in temperature. Air at 100 degrees will hold more water at saturation (100% humidity) then air at 0 degrees at saturation. So humidity is relative to the temperature.

then wat actually relative humidity means?according to the definition how it'll relate to temperature of air.plez tell in detail.
