Connecting PWM Signal to 3-Phase MOSFET in MATLAB Simulink?

01/08/2008 7:33 AM

I am having a problem connecting PWM waveform as signal to the gate of MOSFET. It is a 3-phase inverters circuit which combines of 6 MOSFETs. So, in MATLAB simulink, how do I obtain PWM waveform and feed it to the MOSFETs? thank you.

The best way will be to ask the MOSFET maker.

There is a model in toolbox. draw it into your modeling zone and link to gate of the mosfet. that will do the trick.

you can build by yourself aswell, I can show you how to do it.

go to simulink,

build up a component with subsystem.

use ramp, or integrator to construction. set their number and input and output.

write to me for details.
