What are the characteristics of the soluble cutting fluid on the MSDS data sheet?

You have to identify the cutting fluid and then find the specific MSDS for that fluid. If you have a brand name, the manufacturer should provide the sheet. But, you need a specific fluid.

Most distributors of Industrial Supplies will have them available on their WEB sites for all of the products they sell.

Every type chemical will have its own MSDS, so your question is unanswerable.
