PE Exam

01/10/2008 2:14 AM

this is a code of ethics question for my PE exam and i don't have a good idea to answer it.."Engineers are often entrusted with the responsibility of implementing large-scale projects involving millions of dollars. in view of the large amount of money changing hands, the integrity and ethical standards of engineers are being put to test.what measures can an engineer take to prevent corruption and unethical practice of cutting corners in order to safeguard the good image of the engineering profession?"

The best approach would be for you to provide an answer and then askw hat the folks here think. That way, you show some effort and learn something in the process. If we just give you an answer, aren't we helping to create the kind of engineer that the question implies is bad?
