Oven/Heat Chamber To Dry Fishes

Who designs/sells ovens and heat chambers that can dry fishes within few hour to a 96-98% moisture content?( say a fish of an average 1 kg weight) We want to acquire the device as soon as we are directed to where to get them. Who will help us?
