Fire Protection Manual -Tariff Advisory committee

Dear sir,

Will you please anyone guide me where I have get the fire protection manual produced by Tariff Advisory Committee .For designing fire water system that committee provide some rules to follow, so please help me by providing valuable data.

Contact any of the Insurance companies .They will have it or atleat tell u where to get it if they cannot give you a copy.All of them have it.I have seen and referred to it
