The Basics

Ok what you need is a room a air con unit and some filters.

the enterance to the room should be through a lobby type afair with two doors this is to isolate the room from the outside and to help keep the presure inside the cleanroom (more about that later)

The air conditioning unit should be fitted with the filters and idealy pump air into the room from the roof and keep the preasure inside the room higher than the outside. this way it stops dirty air from entering the room.(hence the need for two doors in the enterance) There should be vents in the floor to let out excess air and any dust. You whould be looking for a system that is capable of changing the air in the room about 7 times an hour.

when choosing cleanroom clothing theere are a couple of choices gowns or overalls both cover the body, arms and head in my opinion the gown is better as with the overall when you move around it forces air out of the sleaves which brings with it dust from your body.

cost is dependent on how clean you want it and how big the room is but i'd guess you could be looking at around $50000 to set up a small room.

You'll be suprised that there will still a buildup of dust inside a cleanroom but not as much as outside and the pint is that there are very few particals in the air.

Hope this helps
