I used to be a designer at Marconi when this instrument was made, I restore these old instruments as a hobby and I have a couple of these awaiting repair.
But I've never found any manual for them!!! Almost all the other Marconi Instruments but not the selective level measuring test set!!
So if you find a source of information I would be very interested as well...
I have a catalogue showing the technical specifications etc...
John.

Thank you for the info, I managed to obtain a copy of the Operations manual, which i describes the theory of operation and how it works. It also mentions the cct diagrams are in the Technical Manual.
One of the units I have as a PSU fault, no +12 volts. I have tried to draw the cct out, but its goes one one cct to other then a switch on the front panel and back. I have measured the voltages on Measuring set, but temporarily given up on the quest. If I come across any diagrams/handbook I will send them on to u.
I have pdf copy of the user manual for Marconi TF2356 and 2357.
I also have pdf copy of the service manual for the TF2356, 300 pages of it.
If you'd like a copy email me directly with your email and I'll send you a copy.
