	Which Training is better the Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma?

	Hi Guest, Before you try to fly, you need to learn to walk. Before looking at lean manufacturing or six sigma, look at ISO 9001:2000 Until you have an accurate picture of your processes and their capabilities, trying to apply lean manufacturing or six sigma is a waste of effort. Also, consider whether these things are right for you. I have spoken to many people in this field, and there is much difference of opinion as to which is the best way to go, if either. __________________ Vote for something useful this time, vote to repeal the second law of thermodynamics!
