is it possible that 0 pressure possible, if 1 kgf per square centimeter in vaccum , what is absolute pressure.

Take a cardboard tube from a toilet paper roll.

What is the differential pressure between the two ends? Zero.

In a perfect vacuum there will be an absolute pressure of zero..but this is harder to achieve, however it is easy to get a reasonably good vacuum where the pressure will be only a few mm of Hg. (e.g a peristaltic pump will produce this type of 'soft' vacuum)
