Electroluminescence

Looking for source of indium tin oxide foils for EL use. Any sugestions of fabrication of custom panels and driver circuits? Prefer USA sources for product development.

I assume by "foils" you mean Indium Tin Oxide coated clear polymer films. A company called Applied Films manufactured them for many years. As far as custom circuits they may be able to direct you to a source.
