Small hole EDM shop in Taiwan or China

I am looking for a shop that can drill 0.016in diameter holes thru 12mm thick stainless steel.

Has to be EDM, CNC preferable.

Needs to be located in Asia.

We are in the business of Semiconductor Tooling Industry and on the Manufacturing of Jigs and fixtures and also Tool and Die Making maybe I can help you into your problem, we have here almost complete and high end machines, our latest machine soon be coming this February is called a Roko-Roku machine used to drill specially for small holes.
