	on 3 phase plug what is X,Y,and Z and what do they stand for?

	They are simply denoting your phase connections. They could just as well be a, b, c, 1,2,3 etc. Most important meaning is "don't hook ground to here." __________________ Speed doesn't kill. Sudden stops, brick walls, and old ladies in Buicks do.
