Transducer for ELMA LC20H ultrasonic cleaner: How to repair?

you wrote; you checked the circuitry and found the transducer to be at fault;to do that one needs to be quite adept in circuits of this kind; and I beleive you are ! has the transducer some how loosened from the tank along with Epoxy? brocken into pieces/are there visible cracks/has the wire,wires soldered to the very delicate silvered coatings on the Piezo Transducer came off ?

If its the first than surely you can try removing the epoxy and re fit it with say Araldite. if the problem is of the last kind try soldering but be carefull with every failure some part of the silver coat would be wasted and also the efficiency of the Trasducer.
