Hydroelectric tube turbine

Does anyone know of a tube turbine manufacturer that has an appropriate micro-hydro turbine suitable for the following parameters?

.09 m3/s @ 4 m head average

Flow varies from .04 to .14 m3/s (75% of the time it is at or above .08 m3/s).

Head fluctuates between 3 m and 5 m depending on tides.

I have a site that could accept 17 turbines to handle the flows mentioned above. I would like to grid tie these turbines. Voltage on site is 440v/60hz.

Say 0.1 cubic metre/sec is flowrate--Q

Say 4m is Head = H

Hence Max theoretical KW -YOU CAN HOPE TO GET=9.81xQ.H= 3.9 KW

17 SUCH may give you on annual mean= 50 KW
