Hello Guest,

What material are the bolts made from?

Are the bolts High-tensile steel?

Are they hot-dip galvanised?

Advise thread pitch, AF/Metric/Coarse/fine as that has a bearing on whether "tumbling them" will be effective.

Are you in a cheap labour area?

Kind Regards....

Electrochemical deburring may be an option.

I would use Extrude Hone.

They specialize in these type of operations

Have you considered 'walnut shell media' for tumbling? Nails are tumbled in walnut shell media.
